Do you work with a staffing agency or outside recruiter for this?

We ask because J-1 needs a direct relationship between your company and the participant. Attorneys and application preparers don't count.

Is this a hotel, restaurant, resort, tourism, or food-service business?

Answer for the business itself, not the role. Hospitality programs are outside this tool's scope and require sponsor review before an eligibility determination can be made.
